KELOO Electric Contact Grill Twin 580mm 3.6kW Fully Grooved - EG-813
KELOO Electric Contact Grill Twin 580mm 3.6kW Fully Grooved - EG-813
Couldn't load pickup availability
Two independent grills in one body. The EG-813 runs twin plates across 580mm, each with its own controls and its own hinged top - so one side can hold at a lower temperature while the other sears, and a fault on one side does not stop service.
Fully grooved top and bottom: this is a grill for meat, chicken, halloumi and vegetables, not just for sandwiches.
Key features
- Twin plates, independent controls - run two products at two temperatures, or keep grilling if one side is down
- Fully grooved top and bottom - char lines on both faces, with fat draining away from the product
- 3.6kW total - the power to hold temperature across two plates under a heavy load
- 0-300°C temperature range - wide enough for delicate holding and hard searing
- 580 x 400 x 220mm (W x D x H) - full-width countertop unit with a raised body for taller products
- Water-proof switches - built for a wet commercial environment and daily wash-down
- Two plugs - power drawn across two supplies rather than loading a single circuit
- Stainless steel body with drip tray - quick to wipe down at end of service

Choosing your grill
This range runs the 305mm EG-811A, the 425mm EG-811EA and this 580mm twin-plate EG-813. Fully grooved is the right plate if you grill meat, chicken and vegetables more than you grill bread - it marks both faces and lets fat drain. If sandwiches are your main product, the ribbed-top, flat-base models give you a better base finish. The twin-plate format is the one to choose if you need two temperatures at once or cannot afford a single point of failure.
Good to know
This model draws 3.6kW across two plugs - make sure both are on circuits with capacity to spare rather than on one shared extension. Wipe the plates down while they are still warm; on a fully grooved plate use a wire brush along the grooves rather than a flat scraper. Empty the drip tray daily - fat left in the grooves is the main cause of smoking and off flavours.
