1. About Us

This website is operated by Keloo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading from 109 New Road, Rubery, Birmingham, B45 9JR, United Kingdom ("Keloo", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at enquiries@keloo.co.uk or on 0121 769 3436. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Products

We supply commercial catering, food and beverage equipment, ingredients and consumables. Our products are intended for commercial use. We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately, but colours, images and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown. Product specifications are provided as a guide and may be updated by the manufacturer.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Keloo Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

5. Wholesale, Custom and Trade Orders

Custom printed products, bulk pallet orders and other wholesale or made-to-order items require a 20% deposit of the total invoice before the order is placed with our supplier, with the balance due on the day of delivery. Deposits for custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started. Trade accounts with payment terms are available at our discretion; the first two orders must be paid in full before payment terms are offered.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. We offer next day delivery to mainland UK on orders placed before 2pm, and international delivery within 7-10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

7. Checking Your Delivery

Please check your goods as soon as they arrive. Any damage, missing items or incorrect products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible, so we can resolve the issue with you and the courier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Warranty

Our machines come with a manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page (12 months unless stated otherwise). The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, lack of cleaning or maintenance, accidental damage, use with an incorrect power supply, or repairs and modifications carried out by anyone other than Keloo or our approved engineers. Wear-and-tear parts such as seals, blades and gaskets are not covered.

10. Electrical Products and Safe Use

Our electrical products are supplied with a UK plug as standard. Customers outside the UK are responsible for making sure products are suitable for their local power supply; we can change the plug on request. Please read and follow the user manual supplied with each product, available on our product pages. Equipment should be installed and used by suitably trained staff.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Where you buy as a business, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Keloo Limited or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

13. Privacy

We use your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier delays, shipping or customs delays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version shown on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
