Chilled cake display for counters that have no room to spare. At 660mm wide this is the smallest unit in the range - it drops onto an existing counter, plugs into a normal 13A socket and turns a corner of the till area into a proper patisserie display.

Curved front glass, LED-lit from above, running 2 to 8°C on a Carel-type digital controller. Cakes stay in condition all day and customers can see them without a member of staff lifting a lid.

Good to know

Countertop displays are designed to hold chilled product, not to pull it down from room temperature. Chill cakes in a fridge first, then load the display. Leave a clear air gap around the vents at the back and keep the unit out of direct sun and away from ovens or heat lamps - both make the compressor work harder than it needs to and cost you temperature on a hot afternoon.
