At 865mm wide with 1.5kW behind it, this is the higher-capacity model - built for sites where hot food is a real revenue line rather than an add-on.

Choosing your size 

The FW-805 is the 865mm model. If counter space is tight, the FW-580 gives you the same format at 640mm and 1.0kW. Pick on counter space first, then on how many lines you want to display at once.

Good to know

This is hot holding equipment, not cooking or reheating equipment. Food must be cooked and brought up to temperature first, then transferred in. UK food safety guidance is to hold hot food at 63°C or above - set the thermostat accordingly and check with a probe rather than relying on the dial alone.
