Cooked food held hot, visible and ready to sell. The FW-580 is a countertop hot holding cabinet that keeps pies, pasties, sausage rolls, fried chicken and hot snacks at safe serving temperature on the counter, where customers can see them.

At 640mm wide it fits on a standard counter without taking the whole run, which makes it the right size for a convenience store, bakery counter, petrol forecourt or small takeaway adding a hot food offer.

Choosing your size

The FW-580 is the 640mm model. If you need more capacity, the FW-805 gives you 865mm of width and 1.5kW on the same countertop format. Pick on counter space first, then on how many lines you want to display at once.

Good to know

This is hot holding equipment, not cooking or reheating equipment. Food must be cooked and brought up to temperature first, then transferred in. UK food safety guidance is to hold hot food at 63°C or above - set the thermostat accordingly and check with a probe rather than relying on the dial alone.
