Choosing your size

Size on your busiest service, not your average one. 600mm covers a takeaway or a coffee shop chiller; 900mm is the standard single-cooler bar fit; 1350mm is for volume, or for a bar that wants one continuous run rather than two units with a seam down the middle.

Good to know

Back bar coolers hold drinks at service temperature rather than pulling warm stock down quickly - load in the morning for the evening. Leave a clear air gap at the sides and back for the vents; boxing one into a tight cabinet run is the usual cause of a cooler that never quite copes on a busy Saturday.
