KELOO Electric Sauce Warmer Twin Bottle 1kW - Hot Sauce Dispenser - KSW-311

Two hot sauces, held separately, ready to pour. The KSW-311 runs two heated bottles side by side with a control per well, so cheese sauce and chocolate - or cheese and gravy - sit at their own temperatures on the same counter.
Two bottles is the size most sites settle on: one for the sauce that sells, one for the second line or a full spare so you never run dry mid-rush.
Key features
- Two heated bottle wells - run two sauces at once, or keep a full spare warm behind the one in use
- Independent control per bottle - separate thermostats mean cheese and chocolate each get the temperature they need
- 270 x 220 x 315mm (W x D x H) - twice the capacity in a footprint that still fits a service counter
- 1kW total power - enough to hold both wells evenly through a busy service
- Takes standard 225 x 70mm sauce bottles - swap a fresh bottle in without stopping the queue
- Stainless steel body - wipes clean at end of service
- Adjustable feet - sits level on an uneven counter

Choosing your size
This range runs single bottle (KSW-310), two bottle (KSW-311) and three bottle (KSW-312), all on the same 315mm height and the same 225 x 70mm bottle. Two bottles is the best all-round choice - it covers a second sauce line or a warm spare, which is what most sites actually need. Step up to the KSW-312 if you run three toppings side by side.
Good to know
Sauce warmers are holding equipment. Bring sauce up to temperature first, then transfer it in to hold - the element is sized to maintain temperature, not to cook from cold. Bottles are wearing parts and it is worth keeping spares so you can swap a full one in without stopping service.
