KELOO Commercial Electric Rice Cooker 8L 1.3kW - ERC-8L
KELOO Commercial Electric Rice Cooker 8L 1.3kW - ERC-8L
Couldn't load pickup availability
Batch rice that cooks itself and then holds itself. Load it, switch it on, walk away. The ERC-8L cooks a full drum of rice and drops automatically to keep-warm when the water is gone, so nobody has to watch a pot or set a timer during prep.
8L is the entry size in the range - around 2.5kg of dry rice, or roughly 35 portions per batch. It runs on an ordinary 13A socket, which makes it the easy first commercial rice cooker for a small takeaway or a pub kitchen.

Choosing your size
This range runs 8L, 10L, 13L, 19L, 30L and 35L. Size on your busiest single service rather than your daily total - rice is best cooked in batches through the day, not held all afternoon. The 8L and 10L run on a standard 13A socket; from 19L upwards you are at or over the limit of a domestic plug, so check your supply before ordering. As a rule, most single-site takeaways land on 13L or 19L.
Good to know
Cooked rice is one of the higher-risk products in a commercial kitchen. Serve it hot from the cooker or cool it quickly and refrigerate within an hour - do not leave it on keep-warm indefinitely and do not reheat it more than once. Keep-warm is designed to hold a batch through a service, not to store rice overnight.
