Six gastronorm pans, on wheels, under the bench. A GN rack does one thing well: it holds standard 1/1 pans on runners so they slide in and out without stacking, and it moves the whole lot between fridge, prep bench and service in one push.

At 1000mm high this six-pan rack is short enough to live under a standard 900mm counter run and roll straight out when you need it.

Choosing your rack

KELOO's GN racks run 6 x 1/1, 15 x 1/1 and a double-column 15 x 2 model. Six pans is the under-counter size - it fits where a full-height rack will not and moves easily through a busy kitchen. Step up to 15 pans if the rack is going into a walk-in or being used for batch production, and to the double column if you are running trays at volume. Check your ceiling and doorway heights before choosing a full-height rack.

Good to know

Gastronorm racks are sized to the GN standard, so any 1/1 pan or tray will fit - but pan depth determines how many levels you can actually use. Six 100mm pans fit comfortably; six 200mm pans will not. If you mostly use deep pans, count your usable levels rather than the rack's rated capacity.
