Choosing your trolley

Good to know

Front of house trolleys spend their life on hard floors and door thresholds - keep the castors clean and the wheels will keep turning smoothly for years. Wash the cart down at the end of each service rather than at the end of the week, especially the lower tier where waste and cutlery tubs sit.
