Good to know

Check your counter before you order: 1200 x 530mm is a lot of worktop, and the unit needs a clear air gap behind it for the vents. Countertop displays hold chilled product rather than pulling it down from room temperature, so chill cakes first and then load. Keep it out of direct sun and away from ovens and heat lamps.
