Good to know

Measure the run and the route in: at 1350mm wide and 1380mm in its carton, this needs a clear doorway and, realistically, two people to place it. Leave an air gap at the sides and back for the vents. Like any back bar cooler it holds drinks at service temperature rather than pulling warm stock down quickly, so load ahead of the shift rather than during it.
